Problem
Many workout apps gradually turn exercise into data entry. The useful information here is deliberately smaller: the exercise, what I lifted recently, and what I should attempt now.

I didn’t need another fitness platform. I wanted a small tool that could record sets, show recent performance, and give me enough context to decide what to do next.
Many workout apps gradually turn exercise into data entry. The useful information here is deliberately smaller: the exercise, what I lifted recently, and what I should attempt now.
The main design constraint is intentional absence. The workout model and interaction loop stay small so recording progress does not become a second activity competing with the workout itself.
See workouts for just today or the whole current week, then tap into an exercise to complete it.
The app supports a preferred weight unit and keeps both unit values in sync for smoother logging.
Kachai records workout entries and charts volume over time for each exercise.
Save progress photos from the camera or library and review them alongside the exercises completed during that same week.
Designed for consistency
Kachai is not trying to be a giant fitness platform. It is a focused personal tracker for lifters who want a repeatable plan, accurate logs, and a simple way to see progress compound.
