A workout tracker that stays out of the workout.

I didn’t need another fitness platform. I wanted a small tool that could record sets, show recent performance, and give me enough context to decide what to do next.

See it in action

Plan the week, follow the goals, review the work.

What it does

Useful workout state, without turning exercise into data entry.

Problem

Many workout apps gradually turn exercise into data entry. For my own use, the useful information was much smaller: the exercise, what I lifted recently, and what I should attempt now.

Scope

The main design constraint is intentional absence. Kachai keeps the model and interaction loop small so recording progress does not become a second activity competing with the workout itself.

Track progress over time

Review workout history, chart training volume by exercise, and connect selfies to the work completed that week.
