The current app stores comparison values such as loan amount, down payment, fees, APR, tax rate, scenario labels, and lock state while you use it.
Share links
The app can encode active scenarios into the URL so the current setup can be copied and reopened. Share those links carefully if the numbers are sensitive.
No visible account requirement
The current project does not show a sign-in flow or user account requirement for basic usage.
Language preference
The current app supports English and Russian interface copy and includes language state in its shareable configuration.
Browser clearing
Clearing site data may remove any locally held comparison state that has not been preserved in a shared link.
